Product data may be imported from the ERP system of the merchant into TB.One or manually created. General product data that are valid for every destination channel are called master data. The import takes place as XML file in the Tradebyte standard TB.CAT. Stocks and changes, too, can either be imported or maintained manually.

After the enrichment of the data for the destination channel, the product and volatile data are retrieved and processed from the web-shop per REST. The communication between TB.One and the channel is managed per TB.CAT that must be accordingly processed by the channel.

If special properties such as size and colour for fashion should later on always be provided by the connected merchants,the mandatory and optional values must be collected in a list or a short manual and be given to the merchant.
