The FATCHIP OXID 2 Tradebyte Connector connects your OXID eShop with Tradebyte. Via Tradebyte or Tradebyte TB.One you are able to sell your products on numerous channels and platforms.
Functions
1. Product export
You use the OXID eShop as a leading system for article data maintenance and would like to connect the channels Neckermann.at, Otto.de or others via Tradebyte TB.One? The OXID 2 Tradebyte Connector from FATCHIP exports the article data to Tradebyte TB.One, so that they can be further processed there. Individual variants can also be excluded during export.
2. Order import
Orders placed through various channels can be easily imported into the OXID eShop for further processing.
3. Order status export
To view the status of an order in the OXID Shop also in the Tradebyte Merchant Center, the following status messages can be transmitted:
- SHIPPED: The complete order will be sent to Tradebyte as shipped if the “Send now” button in the Oxid-Admin has been pressed or the shipping date has been set otherwise.
- FULL CANCELLATION: The complete order will be sent to Tradebyte as cancelled, if the cancellation button in the Oxid-Admin was pressed or the “oxstorno” flag of an order was set otherwise.
- PART CANCELLATION: A single position will be sent to Tradebyte as cancelled, if the cancellation button in the Oxid-Admin has been pressed or the “oxstorno”-flag of a position has been set otherwise.
