Product and sku data are transferred fully automatically from Contentserv’s PIM system to Tradebyte|TB.One. Product data are mapped only once in Contentserv including attributes specific for each sales channel (e.g. prices) and can be updated easily if needed. Export product data is stored and a record database table and can be accessed via studio. After processing the data is automatically uploaded to TB1 as a PANDA.csv via SFTP. TB.One acts as a hub for exporting product and image data to the respective channels. Data fields (attributes) as well as any new channel is defined just once. The data is distributed to all the selected channels on demand. The procedure is fast and very effective. Our delta export logic saves time and system resources. Our unique set-up process allows to integrate your data to any sales channel of Tradebyte secure and safely.
Features
All the Tradebyte mandatory and optional fields are already defined in Contentserv and can be mapped to one or more attributes in the settings. Specific Tradebyte value options (e.g. multilingualism, multiple selections of keywords or multiple media references) are configured dynamically with a couple clicks. The API is straightforward and user friendly. The data mapping is shown graphically.
Export Data
The Export data file is created automatically for each product (SKU) using the above-mentioned mapping. It contains data in every selected language. In postprocessing the data is merged in an internal PANDA-TB1 format and sent to Tradebyte.
Products and SKUs are selected in a dynamic search in Contentserv (so-called “favourites”) Prices, bullet points and other channel-specific data is included in the export file. A Tradebyte studio in Contentserv is used for the mapping and tracking purposes, product data and pictures can be observed here. All the export data is stored in a database table. Delta export is provided by tracking changes on every product (SKU). A detailed log file is written for each entry. The export runs full automatically and can be scheduled as an active job. Pictures and Documents are sent to TB1 as image server links.
