The business processes of the fashion and lifestyle industry are mapped with the industry-specific requirements such as pre-order entry, in-house and external manufacturing with production planning, international size grids and measurement units.
For data transfer and query, ImPuls fashion XL uses the extensive import and export options (CSV, XML) of TB.One. The exchange of files is done via FTP. The scope of the interface includes: new articles, stocks, prices in ImPuls fashion XL and the orders from TB.One, which are transferred as sales orders to ImPuls fashion XL.
The configuration of the data exchange is realized in ImPuls fashion XL via the framework “Webshop interface”, the webshop interface is set up once.
A flexible field mapping defines which fields are transferred from the article master data of ImPuls fashion XL to TB.One. This export is done automatically. Importing of orders takes place via the background application “Import data from webshop”. Feedback of delivery status and invoicing are also possible.
The data transfer is carried out as a background application and time-controlled, e.g. daily or hourly, as a series. This means that no manual processing is necessary, everything is automated.
In addition, it is possible to print channel-dependent documents (e.g. delivery and return bills) from ImPuls fashion XL.
